The key point of modern e-learning process is student involvement and creating for them a safe field for experimentation.
Polylab mission in this case is designing the piece-of-art educational resources, which will help to solve a wide range of problems: multi-purpose adaptation trainings, increasing staff loyalty and productivity, increasing accountability and the development of new competencies, building remote learning instruments for the new era.
With help of business analysts, methodologists and developers Polylab creates the new generation of educational environment, based on the use of gaming involving technology.
Compared with traditional methods of learning, this approach allows our students to gain knowledge in a more accessible form, to repeat and consolidate the information and immediately apply the new skills in a safe environment, that simulates the real work flow.
Principle #1: Focus on results
We think, that training should be seen as a means of achieving business or academic goals and considered in terms of their effectiveness. Our methodology is based on creation involving electronic solutions primarily using "problem has to be solved" paradigm and learning objectives follow from the vision of the future results.
Principle #2: Understanding the subject nature
Before the development of successful simulation training we always need to understand the nature and structure of the activity. First of all, it's necessary to identify the key factors that are responsible for its success. These points will be major changes in the behavior of the future students.

We strive to be guided by the principles of friendly information architecture. This refers to the systematization of information and navigation on it to help people more effectively find and process the data they need. For us it is not just a scientific approach to the data, that we work with, but also a kind of art.
Principle #4: Research of the target audience
When studying the target audience, we are looking for the gap in knowledge and skills, which does not allow students to operate successfully. This gap is a key aspect that will be practiced during training. Even a training format determined by the nature of this gap.
Principle #5: The pleasure of the learning process
One of the key factors for us it to "sell" the knowledge to our students, motivate them to master new skills. We enrich user experience in e-learning by modern digital technologies, including professional graphic design, bright visuals, game tools, data visualizations etc.
